Parking:
You’ll have access to the most affordable and always available parking in the area, with no car limit!

1–7 days: $100
2 weeks: $125
3 weeks: $150
4 weeks: $175
You’ll receive a parking tag at check-in ($20 refundable deposit) for unlimited access through the gated entrance.
Please Note:

A starter set of cleaning products and toiletries is provided to guests. Guests are responsible for purchasing anything needed beyond what is included in the starter pack. We do not restock. This is a common practice in the industry.

You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury resulting from swimming or using the pool and spa and agree to hold the owner harmless. You understand that there are potential dangers a pool may present to children who are not closely supervised, as well as dangers for any person swimming if they have health risks, are under the influence of alcohol or any type of medication or drugs, or if they are pregnant. You agree to be entirely and solely responsible for any accident that may occur. You understand the risks mentioned above and agree to take full responsibility for yourself and the consequences for anyone in your group. You agree to waive any claim of any kind against the owner for accidents or claims arising from injuries in the pool.
