My husband and I are in our 50's. Unfortunately, the crowd staying here was much younger- drinkers/party people and a lot of tourists from outside US. I thought the price point would keep people away but no, when groups of 4-5 people stay in one room, it is really cheaper. I was really disappointed with the beach as I grew up on Hollywood Beach. You do have to pay a resort fee (<5 days $29/day, >5 days $25/day which we knew about but the beach service is actually 3 condos down the beach not right behind the hotel. Not sure because spring break had just ended but the beach was very dirty- used condoms (I saw 2) straws, paper, toothpaste tubes. The pool deck was sticky with spilled drinks from the restaurant bar. The condo is more like a 2bedroom hotel room with kitchen/and laundry machine. It has seen better days (stained furniture, broken door knobs, towel racks loose) but at least the beds were very comfortable. No wine opener which surprised me. Couldn't figure out how to use the cooktop but eventually did. They have high end appliance Wolf but no manuals. I think the housekeeping and security were trying to do a good job but people were not wearing masks and not respecting the property. The best part is Walmart is directly across the intercoastal which we frequented to buy supplies/alcohol. Our stay was just okay. I think we are more Northwest Florida/gulf people not Miami scene people so unlikely we will be back.

Great stay

The apt resembled the pictures on the website very well . Very comfortable apt and resort for families with all amenities . The host Ana is ver responsive and fast in giving answers to all our queries . The only thing I may suggest is to Improve some quality details in the apt , but overall we were happy and enjoyed a great vacation in Miami and will for sure stay again there next time .
