Charming spacious studio in stellar location just steps to the beach and Lincoln road. Across the street from Miami Beach Convention center and easy access to major highways. Fully furnished studio on High floor with tons of Natural light and great view of the city and partial view of the ocean. Building has pool and gym for your use. Many restaurants all with in walking distance to this special little gem. Grocery stores are just 5 min away by car but public transportation is available just out front the building. ( the shuttle is free) Pets are considered with pet fee with building non refundable
Non smoking unit with Full size fridge dishwasher stove top and microwave.
Gated parking available too.
30 days min lease required 14% required as well. cleaning fee $ 250.00 and Application fee 150 per person or Married couple.
