Great area to stay in.
It was close to the dolphin mall and improv comedy club. Our dog loved the little water spot at the dog park and the other dogs were very friendly. It was clean and overall a good place for our little weekend in Miami. The parking pass was helpful. As long as it's visible on your car you should be fine. We had no problems as we left it on our dash where you could see it.
