Enjoy the feeling of home sweet home from the heart of Miami! This Villa has been designed by an interior designer, all items were carefully selected to ensure you experience a hotel-style luxury and quality comforts.
Perfect for the family traveler, couples, large groups and those in town for business.
If you feel like taking a break in the finest restaurants Miami can offer, or cook your favorite meal in the fully equipped kitchen and with Black Stainless Steel Samsung appliances. Jumpstart your day with our dual maker of grounded/American coffee.
After a long day of sight-seeing or working, come relax in the living room and watch a movie. All 4 bedrooms and the living room have flat 4K screen TV's as well.
There are four bedrooms, all have been designed with quality and comfort using quality linens, fresh 400 percale cotton sheets, and modern accents. The 2 Master Bedrooms have a Queen size bed, with bathrooms en-suite, the other 3rd bedroom has a King size bed, and the 4th bedroom has a Queen size bed. There is also a sofa bed that sleeps 2 extra people (Full bed) in the living room and 2 twin air mattresses.
There are 3 full bathrooms. The first one, in Master Bedroom 1, features a standup shower and a double sink, and the second Master Math a large sink with the same stand-up shower. The 3rd and the 4th bedroom share bath as the en-suites. All have been designed with modern luxury for a spa-like experience.
There are extra linens, towels, high-speed 5G Wifi, central A/C, and ensuite washer/dryer, all included in your stay at no extra cost to you!
Even that you have the whole house for you, you still have neighbors, including one in the back of the property, as this home has a guesthouse in the back (completely separated and fenced, no shared spaces) as it's a duplex. Please keep respect with everyone.
Other things to note:
- We have SECURITY CAMERAS outside the house.
- AMOUNT OF GUESTS sleeping in the Villa is constantly WATCHED.
- PARTIES AND SMOKING IN THE HOUSE WILL BE FINED and automatically EVICTED.
- We DO the inventory after each check-out to control if there are broken and/or missing components of the Villa.
- I'm available from 6 AM to 9 PM
