The building and its amenities were excellent. The pool was beautiful, the beach was amazing, and the staff throughout the property were friendly, helpful, and professional. The valet service was efficient, and the hallways always smelled fresh and clean. We also appreciated that the stovetop vent hood worked very well.
Unfortunately, the listing was not accurately represented on the website. We believed we were booking a hotel, but instead it was a privately owned unit with no housekeeping service. Before booking, we repeatedly confirmed that the unit would comfortably accommodate six adults, but the sleeping arrangements did not meet that expectation.
The unit was also missing basic essentials. There was not enough toilet paper provided, there was no broom to sweep the floors, and the washer and dryer were not very effective, especially the dryer.
One of our biggest disappointments was the beach setup. For a reservation of six guests, only two beach chairs and two beach towels/covers were provided, which was inadequate for our group.
Overall, the building itself is wonderful, but the listing should be much more transparent so guests know they are renting a privately owned unit rather than staying in a full-service hotel and can have realistic expectations about the amenities provided.
