Terrible experience. Aggressive host, not recommended.
Very bad host:
-didn't resolve various maintenance issues, detailed the day we arrived. Most important topic though, was that we were able to use only one bathroom during all the days we stayed (we paid for two), as the second one was out of order until the last day, when they finally fixed it.
-aggressive tone every time we contacted her, not willing to help or hear us.
-there were loud and disturbing noises coming from big restoration work in another apartment during various days/audio available. This was known by host and apartment owners, but she didn't advise us ahead of time (kept it secret so that we rented it)
-as we came with adults of over 80 years old, we requested to leave luggage in the apt upon arrival, while waiting for cleaning to be ready. Even though, it was accepted by host via message, this never happened. When I asked the host to explain why this didn't happen, she answered aggressively with lies, saying this had been done. My parents stayed in the first floor sitting with all their luggage for hours and this was proved by the cameras on the place. Host continued with lies, saying they drove them to a café, but this never happened. Bad service covered with lies.
Cameras are available: parents, aunt, uncle never moved, neither did their luggage.
I did ask for partial reimbursement due to all the problems and bad service received. Host again replied in an aggressive & sarcastic tone. This is not the way a customer expects and deserves to be treated.
