THE SPACE
This Oceanview Junior Suite in the Sorrento Tower is located in the premier and most exclusive location in Miami Beach.

The all new, elegantly furnished Sorrento Oceanview Junior Suite offers a King bed adorned with plush pillows and newly appointed imported linens, convenient sitting area with desk, and queen sized sofa bed. A roll away bed and/or toddler crib is available and should be requested directly from the hotel (for a fee).

Indulge in your luxurious floor to ceiling marble and granite bathroom with oversized jet whirlpool tub, and separate glass enclosed shower.

The kitchenette area includes a wet bar sink, a microwave, a small fridge, a toaster, kitchen dining sets and drinking and wine glasses.

Enjoy the spectacular views of the beach and Atlantic Ocean from your oversized furnished balcony.

This Oceanview Junior Suite is uniquely enhanced with sophisticated amenities including:

All room types are non-smoking and this includes the balcony. Please smoke in the designated smoking areas outside on the hotel Premises.

Check In Process - you can check in at either hotel lobby where there will be a valet waiting for you.

Main Hotel Lobby - The main lobby is designed to evoke a sense of glamour and sophistication, with its elegant decor and a spacious layout, that exudes luxury the moment you step onto the signature bowtie marble floor.

Entrance: Located at 4441 Collins Avenue, Miami Beach FL 33140 while the main lobby is a bit of a walk to the Sorrento Tower (where you suite is located), the bellman would be available to help you with your luggage.

Sorrento/Tresor Lobby - This lobby has a separate private entrance which is more private and will make you feel like a VIP.

Entrance: Located at 4391 Collins Avenue, Miami Beach FL 33140 it is the closest proximity to your suite.

Valet prices are to be determined by the hotel, parking is not included in the rates. There is a valet at both the main hotel valet or a more private valet at the Tresor/Sorrento Towers which is in closer proximity to your unit.

You will have access to all hotel amenities, which include:
Beach - access to the beach, lounge chairs are provided, umbrellas are available for rent
Pools - the resort has over 6 luxurious outdoor pools with loungers & umbrellas, sun bed and cabanas (available for rent)
Lapis spa - please message us priro to check in for complimentary spa passes, these cannot be added by the resort but we would be happy to coordinate this for you!
Dining - nine restaurants and several other dining options which inlclude Hakkasan, Mirabella, Prime 54.

The hotel provides beach and pool towels and chairs, as well as 24-hour staff assistance.



CHECK IN TIME: After 4:00 PM - Depending on the housekeeping schedule.
Late check ins will not be ground for disputes for credit or anything of nature.

CHECK OUT TIME: 11:00 AM - May be able to accommodate a late check out depending on availability, and possibly for a fee, this is not a guarantee and will be confirmed closer to the time of check out.
Other things to note
*What's Included*

Resort fees: $35/day value which grants access to Fontainebleau hotel facilities and amenities such as the fitness center, hotel beach property, outdoor pools, restaurants, etc.

Spa Passes: 2 spa passes to LAPIS Spa ($100 Value) for each pass (you must notify the host prior to check-in if you would like to take advantage of the spa passes, these cannot be granted by the hotel).

Wristbands: These will give you access to the pools, 4 are included with your stay (additional wristbands are $35 per wristband regardless of the number of people staying in the suite - the hotel limits wristbands per unit).


*What's NOT Included*

PLEASE NOTE: The following costs are not included in the costs - these hotel charges are NOT included in the aribnb rate and the costs will be charged directly by and paid to the hotel Fontainebleau Miami Beach.

1) Hotel transient rental fee: $16.52 plus tax

2) Cleaning Fee: A cleaning fee will be charged and paid directly to the hotel, we do not charge a cleaning fee and therefore we cannot waive the fee. The charge is dependent on the frequency of cleaning and this MUST be confirmed by the guest at check-in with the front desk agent. At a minimum there is a departure cleaning fee of $155 + tax required at checkout, however there is an additional option for daily cleaning $95 + tax per day. Prices are subject to change.

3) Incidental Charges Deposit: A credit card authorization is required at check in for estimated incidental charges of $250 per day per unit. This is an authorization only, released at time of check out.

4) Parking: Valet prices are to be determined by the hotel, there is a valet at the main hotel entrance or a more private valet closer to your unit - please use the Tresor/Sorrento Valet for convenience located at 4391 Collins Avenue Miami Beach FL 33140.

Check-in/out Process: We cannot guarantee early check-in or late checkout. Guests check in at the front desk and can use hotel amenities while waiting for their room to be ready, which is typically available after 4 PM. Early check-in may be possible if the room is ready.

Everything else remains identical to a standard hotel stay, with the added prestige, privacy, and savings that come with staying in a residence-style suite.

Guest Registration – Mandatory** and the following items must be provided before check-in:
• A valid email address to send important arrival and check-in details
• The full names of all guests staying
• Government-issued photo ID for the main guest only

We reserve the right to cancel the booking if this information is not provided in advance, as all guests must be registered with the hotel for security and access purposes.
