We are surrounded by neighbors so we would greatly appreciate if you could keep the noise down past 11 pm with loud music or disturbances. No parties.
Turn off all lights and tv when leaving the house. No shoes inside the house. However, house slippers are fine.
No eating in the bedroom. No smoking, vaping, or use of marijuana at anytime anywhere inside the house (The patio is the only designated smoking area)

About our stay at Chindeu’s home

We’ve encountered broken cracks in his floors and a neighbor kept spying on us through there window through our home and we were scared hot tub never gets hot when person comes it still’s cold forces to get extra days upon reservation for extra funds when house is not stable that was our only problem
