Final Steps to confirm your Reservation

To confirm your booking, please complete our guest verification process online within 24 hours of making your Reservation.

You`ll receive a text or email from our partner, Truvi, with a link to complete these steps. These measures are designed to ensure your safety and enhance your stay. Celebrations & Guests

We love hosting celebrations like family gatherings, birthdays, or bridal parties at Miami Pool Oasis, provided all attendees are listed on your Reservation. However, parties involving outside guests not listed on your Reservation, service providers, DJs, or bands are prohibited. We use noise detectors to ensure a peaceful stay for everyone; unregistered individuals may result in cancellation and a $1,000 charge.

No Smoking

Kindly refrain from smoking anywhere on the property, both indoors and outdoors—we have detectors in place.

Pets

We welcome up to 2 well-behaved dogs with pre-approval, a $35/night/dog fee, and a $500 refundable pet deposit. Please ensure dogs are not left unattended and are leashed or under control. We will assume that any dog on the property is your dog. We apologize, but no other pets are permitted.

There`s no pet fee for service dogs—please let us know if you`re bringing one.

Please do not bring rubber mats for our bathtubs. To keep the tubs in great condition, we have them refinished from time to time, but the rubber on the mats damages the finish, and fixing them is expensive.

Short-Term Vacation Rental Agreement

We`re excited to host you for an unforgettable stay. This Agreement outlines a few simple rules to ensure a smooth experience for everyone. We`re here to help—our contact information is included in your reservation details.

This Short-Term Rental Agreement (`Agreement`) is made on the day the Reservation was made on the online rental platform between the following:

THE PARTIES.
GUEST: Your name as it appears on the online rental platform reservation (`Guest`), and
HOST: Miami Vacation Stays (`Host`).
THE PREMISES. The Host agrees to lease the described property below to the Guest, and the Guest agrees to rent from the Host:

Mailing Address: Address as it appears on the online rental platform reservation.
Hereinafter, the `Premises.`
By making a reservation on the rental platform, you agree to the following:

LEASE TERM. The Guest shall be allowed to occupy the Premises starting on the arrival date specified on the online rental platform, from the check-in time specified, and ending on the departure date specified on the online rental platform, at the checkout time specified, as it appears on the Reservation made on the online rental platform. (`Lease Term`).

QUIET HOURS. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 pm each night and continue until sunrise. During these hours, no music is permitted, and all audio is kept to a minimum to respect surrounding residents.

PARTIES. Parties are not permitted, and we have technologies, people, and systems in place to nip these in the bud, with noise detectors and neighbors who call us when they observe a party starting. Additionally, we live nearby, so we`d notice. We do not allow DJs or Bands on the property.
3RD PARTY SERVICES. All 3rd-party services, including Airbnb Services (e.g., in-home chefs or massages booked through Airbnb), are strictly prohibited at any time and in any location on our Premises. We offer services. We`ve curated and vetted providers, and you are welcome to book these through our guest portal.

OCCUPANTS. The total number of individuals on the Premises during the Lease Term shall be the number of guests, as it appears on the online rental platform reservation. If more guests than the authorized number listed above are found on the Premises, this Agreement will be terminated by the Host.

BOOKING FEES. The Guest shall pay the Host the amount as detailed during the booking process. If you have not prepaid for your Reservation on the booking platform, a 100% payment is due within 24 hours.

POOL SAFETY. Running, diving, and using glassware are prohibited. Children of any age are not allowed in the pool area without adult supervision. All doors must be kept closed and locked. Any safety concerns, including equipment or locks not working correctly, must be reported immediately to the Host. Do not disconnect or tamper with the pool alarm.

POOL RULES. You can swim at your own risk—no diving, horseplay, or running around the pool. We don`t want you to get hurt, so glass containers are not allowed within 50 feet of the pool deck. Please use the provided plastic glasses. Please shower before entering the pool. DO NOT DISCONNECT, PLAY WITH, OR STEP ON THE POOL CLEANER. It needs to run to keep the pool crystal clear.

SAFE USE. Guests must comply with all laws and rules. Fireworks, gas grills, and candles are prohibited. Guests must report chirping alarms to the Host immediately. Furniture may not be moved. Alarms and smoke detectors must not be tampered with. Do not turn on the gas unless you immediately light the grill. Shut the gas off as soon as you`re finished using the grill.

UTILITIES. The Host shall be responsible for all utilities and services to the Premises.

ID VERIFICATION: The Guest agrees to complete guest verification through the third-party provider, Truvi, within 24 hours of making the Reservation. We verify our main guests to help combat human trafficking, stay up to date on short-term rental regulations, and provide additional protection for our guests and properties. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification.

CLEANING: We have a local company service our home before your visit. If anything is not up to standard, please let us
