You can purchase a virtual fob at the front desk for around $10 (available daily from 8 AM to 10 PM).



• Washcloths are not provided.



• Please keep noise to a minimum and help us maintain a peaceful community. Parties or loud gatherings are not allowed and may result in fines by building management, which will be passed on to the responsible guest.



• To ensure a smooth check-in, it is mandatory that you inform us in advance who will be the main guest for the reservation, as this person must present themselves at the front desk upon arrival. If the registered main guest is unable to check in, a $53 fee will be required at the front desk to update the reservation with a new main guest.

We had an amazing stay at this location. The place was conveniently located in downtown close to shops and restaurants. The only difficult part was check in. You need a fob to get to certain floors on the elevator but you don't get the fob until you check in to the condo. Everyone had to go to the lobby and have staff access our floors. Otherwise the place is perfect and the view is gorgeous. The beds are comfortable and it has all the amenities you need. Our family was very comfortable.

Property is located in the heart of Miami. Restaurants and shops are in walking distance. Parking was very convenient. There was an issue with the bed. This was fixed very quickly. They responded instantly. Very impressive. The view was excellent. Would definitely go back.
