This spacious 1 bedroom plus den (turned into an exercise room and office) is located on the 31st floor with amazing city views. The building is at an amazing location that is 10-15 minutes from great shopping, arts and cultural scenes and Miami Beach. Wynwood, Midtown, Downtown, Miami Design District, Brickell and Sunset Harbor are very close to the apartment. Famous museums such as Perez Art Museum, Frost Museum of Science, Miami Children Museum, Jungle Island, Miami Seaquarium, Vizcaya Museum and Gardens and Bayside Marketplace are close by. Approximately 15 min drive to Miami Beach and the Miami airport.
