Super comfortable king size bed, 65” 4k TVs in bedroom and living room with Roku/cable. Kitchen with everything you need, and hot tub in unit!

*Please see photo captions for more details* THIS PLACE HAS IT ALL - huge 1150 sq ft 1BR; huge balcony with amazing views; building has lots of restaurants/shops with everything you need inside (even room service); 7 minutes to South Beach, 2 minutes to amazing nightlife/arts in Wynwood and downtown, 6 minutes to all the benefits of Brickell; super comfortable medium-plush king size bed and remote control blackout shades; 65” Samsung 4k TVs in both bedroom and living room with Roku and cable; fast 120 mbps wifi; bright, comfortable workspace with ergonomic desk chair; fully equipped kitchen and dining room with everything you need to cook up gourmet meals and dine in style; spa-style master bath with hot tub in unit and luxurious multi-setting shower; giant walk-in closet with space for everything; washer/dryer in unit; coffee/tea bar. Incredibly comfortable furniture, queen size pullout couch; lifejackets in unit; Keurig, Sodastream.
