Watch yachts go by from large balcony. Please note that due to pandemic and city orders pool has capacity limits and and gym has restrictions due to Covid-19 and entry to amenities is not guaranteed. Few minutes drive to miami beaches. Walk to restaurants and Supermarkets and more, and in the building.
