Awesome stay

Very relaxing, clean, great neighborhood and the host was amazing!! The only down side is if you choose to utilize the stove/pans please be aware that the pans heats really fast even even when the fire is on super low (1) causing the smoke detector to go off constantly, there's no ventilation over the stove so you will have to keep the patio door open. However I'LL DEFINITELY BOOK WITH THIS HOST AGAIN!

Very attentive host. Room was exactly as described. I would have given a 5 star if it was better stocked. Kitchen lacked mixing bowls, pot holders, sheet pans for oven etc. I need a full kitchen to cook and it felt like a hotel room and not .

Lovely weekend stay in Coconut Grove

Our stay in Coconut Grove was absolutely amazing! The balcony offered a stunning view of Biscayne Bay. The apartment was beautifully furnished, well-equipped, and perfectly suited to our needs. We loved being just a short walk from a fantastic variety of restaurants and soaking in the vibrant atmosphere of the neighborhood.

Beautiful Bay View

This room was quite spacious for the 2 of us, and we loved the view of the Bay! It was so nice to have a full kitchen. The pool was great, and has the same view, as it’s a few floors right below the room. I was disappointed with the check-in process as I reached out ahead of time, when we landed at the airport, and the host said a lady would meet us in the lobby, but the front desk workers told us she left right before we got there (even though we had given the host a time of when we would be there), so check-in was a little more difficult. Plan on waiting for the elevator for quite a few minutes as it’s a busy hotel, with 22 floors. We ended up taking the stairs most of the days because it took so long to get the elevator to come, but we got our exercise in. The AC only goes down to 68, which left our room quite uncomfortable while sleeping since the humidity is so high. (The vents were in need of a really good clean, so maybe that would help) Otherwise, the room was quite clean, but the bathroom could have been cleaned better as dust and hairs were covering the walls and trim. We loved the location! Such a beautiful and safe neighborhood to walk around to different shops and wonderful restaurants. The beach is about a 15-min drive away.

First but not last time to Coconut Grove

Property was as described--maybe even better!! Very clean and in a great location. This property has an attendant at the front desk 24/7--so you will feel very safe whether you're traveling solo or with a guest. I stayed here for 2 days prior to cruising out of the Port of Miami which worked out great! (Our Lyft ride there took about 20 mins). We got to explore the area as restaurants and shopping were within walking distance. The view from the balcony was great and the pool and hot tub area was clean. I would definately stay here again.

Very Nice and the little extra touches appreciated!

A very comfortable and nicely arranged studio. A surprise complimentary bottle of wine and some water bottles were a warm welcome. I enjoyed the balcony and the view of the bay and the park. We will stay again!

Needed more towels

The apartment seemed a little bigger on the website. Overall it was a nice place hate we didn't have enough towels but it was cool. I didn't know that housekeeping wasn't going to be available until i asked for it. The property manager said i would get some more towels and they never brought them.

What a hidden gem!

You'd never suspect this beautiful property to be nestled right in the heart of Coconut Grove. Literally close to everything which says a lot considering the layout if Miami. Cant wait to come back and stay again!
