Fantastic Ocean View Pent House on the Beach 1B/1B
Welcome to this beautifull apartment with ocean view that will fit perfect for you vacations. Enjoy the comfort of our spacious one bedroom and one full bath, as well as all the amenities that will make your stay the vacation of your dreams. Includes a TV in the room, free wifi, a fully equipped kitchen, an breathtaking ocean view from the balcony and an absolutely comfortable living room.
-Parking must be paid with a debit or credit card, NOT cash.
-Once inside the office, they must present an ID for identification. Pay the FOB with a debit or credit card, $30.00 for every 2 adults.
-If the customer has a car, they must pay a $20.00 CASH deposit which is refundable on the day of departure. If the customer leaves before 9:00 am, they must return the parking pass the night before by 5:00 pm.
-The FOB(s) must be deposited in a black box located in the lobby of each Tides building.
-Each apartment has a laundry card that the customer must load with $5.00 using a credit or debit card and then leave it in the unit for the next guest

Unit was nice, but needs work on security
We had small issues that were resolved quickly such as there were no washcloths available for showering and we were only given a half a roll of paper towels to start out. That was fixed within a couple hours and not a problem. We weren’t aware that we needed to supply our own trash bags for the unit though. This is the first VRBO unit out of nearly ten we’ve stayed in that didn’t supply trash bags. Our biggest issue was we weren’t given a hang tag for parking, therefore we had to wait for the security guard to open the gate every time we came back to the condo. Several times, we had to get out of the car and walk to the front door to let them know we needed to gate opened down at the entrance. This was very inconvenient. Also, the key fobs don’t work after 10pm. On New Year’s Eve that was a huge issue as my 5 year old and I got locked out on the beach and couldn’t get back up to our unit at midnight with the rest of our family to celebrate the ball dropping. There were so many people facing the same issues as the same time, families couldn’t get in our out. I won’t stay at this complex due to the way the security is set up. The unit was nice, just not this location.

Ocean view, yup!
Clean, white, light, simple, uncluttered apartment on the top floor. Good wifi, kitchenware, lighting, two big tv screens, big clean closet, clean furniture -- and a really nice ocean view. We had two glitches in the bathroom that were addressed same day. Manager and on-site host were -- terrific! Will book this one again!.
