terrible experience
The room was in horrible condition and things were falling apart. When you just walk in it smells bad and the sliding doors to the front closet were falling off. There were empty bottles, socks, and earrings left from previous guests and the place looked like it had not been cleaned before us. There was a broken chair on the balcony which should have been thrown away before our arrival. The assigned parking spot was not good either and was on the top of the parking garage which was very annoying because it was raining. We contacted the manager about the problems and she said she would send someone to help and resolve the problems but no one came. Washer and dryer are in the lobby and you have to put your money on a card they provide you with to use them. Also found a cockroach in the kitchen, which was horrifying as we have been eating here. It is across the beach but you do have to pass a very busy highway so would not recommend with little kids. This was the worst experience i’ve ever had with any hotel. Would not ever recommend to anyone.
