Clean white new kitchen fully equiped with dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, indoor BBQ, air fryer, grill, oven, dishes and utensils, wine glasses and water purifier. Porcelain floors, mirrored wall on dining area. Enjoy the comforts of a 5 star hotel in this truly spectacular apartment. Extra large Master Bedroom with a California King size bed, Large wall mount TV, a beautiful Italian desk, a computer & printer. A walk-in closet with mirrors and plenty of storage. Double beds on the 2nd bedroom, a desk, linen closet and walk-in closet. Plenty of closets for storage. Jacuzzi tub in one of the bathrooms. Beautiful ocean views

The ocean views are spectacular. The pictures of the condo were accurate. It was very comfortable, quiet and convenient. The balcony is fabulous. Loved the convenience of the ocean and pool. The building is older and the building information is outdated. There’s no longer a fitness room, a resident lounge, library etc. The game room isn’t accurate. The building management seemed to be working on various issues in the building. We will definitely stay there again.

The property is ocean front with ample underground parking. Attendants around the pool area and within the complex were very helpful. Security was good with passkey required to access all areas of the property.

Great Ocean Views

My family and I stayed in this apartment for two weeks. Maria made sure the unit was clean and ready for occupancy. The unit was well maintained and perfect for our family of four. Maria was very responsive and made sure we were comfortable. Check-out was no problem. The wrap-around balcony had a perfect view of the ocean from all angles and was fantastic for morning coffee or relaxing. The beach in front of the condo was well maintained and not too crowded. The heated pool was great for cooler days in January. I'd definitely stay there again.

Amazing but short

This is a beautiful property, unfortunately we were only able to stay for one week due to the Coronavirus outbreak and the requirement to return home to Canada, however the owner will adjust based on that , beautiful location and we are looking forward to going next year
