Nice house good for small children

The house is really close to aventura mall, and great restaruants. All the house is nice, it can do a little TLC. Manager is aware and I understand they were doing some upgrades after I left. washe dryer are new and amazing! Airco need urgent refurbishment but this is going to get done, too bad we did not enjoy this. and the ouside deck that overlooks the canals had tons of spider webssss... the airfrier was better thatn the one I have at hmome and the pots and pans too. Overall i would stay here again mking sure the issues have been solved.
