Miami Vacation Guys Trip

Overall great location wasn’t too far from all entertainment, we really enjoyed the clean apartment upon arrival and also the host’s communication availability. We had to make a change to our reservation while staying due to our flight, added another night to our stay with no problem. Great experience, will book with them again on next vacation here!

Some issues

Second time staying at this building. Loved it last year. This year, the unit was more tired but still acceptable. Two major issues, though: (1) security. Twice someone just walked in on us without knocking. Once it was a host rep and the other time a cleaning person. Made us feel unsafe and lack of privacy. They also installed washer-dryer unit during our stay, while we were not there. Although informed of this as we arrived it was an inconvenience ESPECIALLY because they were late (outside the time window they had given us). (2) We felt it was not clean. There were hairs everywhere, black marks on the walls, the sofa cushion was upside with Velcro side up to hide dirt, and in general just not fully clean. Worst off, when the washer-dryer install came, they left gross remnants all over the floor. This was all disappointing. We like the location and building. This was just problematic. This is an honest review, we have pics. I don’t like to leave negative reviews (it wasn’t the worst, just problematic, especially for the price), but feel compelled for future seekers.
