SOBE getaway

We had a very nice week at the South Beach condo. Debbie was very easy to communicate with and helped us with everything, including moving in a bit early and using the washer/dryer. The room had a nice view of the pool and just a short walk through the gate to the walking path along the beach. The apartment was close to great restaurants and beautiful beaches. We would definitely stay there again.

Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Sauberkeit nicht vorhanden. Klebriger Boden, rostige Ausstattung, Fliegen auf dem Ventilator. Muffiger Geruch. Haben nur eine Nacht dort verbracht und uns dann eine andere Unterkunft gesucht. Beschwerde ging direkt bei Evolve ein und wurde ernst genommen. Leider haben wir nicht viel zurück erstattet bekommen.
