    The property was under construction there was no pool area the hall way was under construction. Inside of the apartment there was hair on the sink and in the toilet the garbage bags hadn’t been changed. The bed sheet look like they hadn’t been changed either. The floor had sand all over just not clean at all I actually left due to the conditions and still haven’t heard back from the manager

    Pool is under construction, no toilet paper, non functional microwave, hard to reach management, stains on couch. - Property needs an overhaul. Called VRBO and thankfully they got us into a new property the next day. Very disappointed.

    It was ok

    The place was in a great spot for my conference, and right down the street from the beach and the grocery store. All of the basic needs were met, so it was not a bad experience. I did try to reach out to the owner beforehand to work through some scheduling conflicts, but I did not receive any communication until the day before I arrived after repeated attempts. Once we connected though, communication was great and he was very responsive. It's just the little things that were not superior about the place: there was not any coffee in the apartment (just a head's up the coffee maker had pods and not K-cups if you bring your own). No toiletries were provided (shampoo, soap, lotion), one of the plugs did not work in the kitchen, the toilet was running the whole time. Nothing that made the experience terrible, but just not the most luxurious stay.

    Great location and comfortable place!

    The unit was exactly as pictured! The condo was centrally located and easy to enjoy Key Biscayne. We spent the days at the pool, walking to the beach, playground, and local restaurants. Overall communication was great the only downfall was not receiving any check in instructions until an hour before check in which was a little nerve wrecking but overall the owner was great at communicating. The listing states a king bed but there was a queen bed so that was a bit disappointing!
