This classic unit is located in the heart of Miami's historical Coral Gables neighborhood. The area's iconic old Spanish style is stunning and offers a unique glimpse into the original aesthetic of Miami. Pablo Picasso inspired paintings and decor within the unit are a sight to see for any art aficionado! Complimentary WiFi, cable, linens, towels, cook-wear and more are available. We ensure that the house will be absolutely immaculate upon your arrival!

This property has a master bedroom with a queen bed, plus another room that accommodates 2 people in a bunk bed. This unit is perfect for families, small groups of friends, and couples. The condo is located on the ground-level and is one of four units in the entire building. This unit is dedicated to honor our love for the one and only Picasso! Paintings and decor were carefully selected in order to enhance the charm of the unit based off a love for Picasso's influence and taste! Located on a quiet street, close to everything in the city, this space encompasses all aspects of elegance, art and comfort at an affordable price.

The property has a keyless combination lock of which the access code is provided once you have finalized your reservation.

Guests can contact me if they have any questions about the property, the area, or Miami in general! I have lived in this city for the past 15 years and consider myself an expert on all things Miami!

Coral Gables is an elegantly laid out, pedestrian-friendly city filled with tropical foliage, charming boutiques and architectural grandeur. Historic landmarks such as the Biltmore Hotel and Merrick Park provide an insight on the the history of the City Beautiful, while the crystalline Venetian Pool provides relaxation in a setting of exquisite beauty.

The airport is 10 minutes away. My recommendation is rent a car or Uber/Lyft, free parking is included. There are also buses ( five minutes away walking) , some are free some are just 3 dollars the ride and they will take you around Miami. However the bus is not very fast so you are free to decide which one is your best transportation method.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.

We had five nights at this condo. It was clean....old, but clean. Nice to have a kitchen for that length of stay, especially since it had all the utensils...etc...that you would like to have available. You will not be disappointed.

Quaint apartment in Coral Gables area

My boyfriend and I are considering moving down to the Miami area and this was our first stop to scope out some of the neighborhoods. The apartment is less than 20 minutes from the airport and it’s really easy to navigate to and from. There is an amazing coffee shop just a 4 minute walk away. Maria was very prompt in her response time to any questions I had. Overall, great experience and stay!

We enjoyed our stay. It was conveniently located close to downtown Coral Gables - about a 10 minute neighborhood walk. And we found a fun little coffee shop a block and a half away. The apartment was large enough and we felt very comfortable in it.

Coral Gables Cute Apartment

Perfect for my wife and I - an economical two bedroom unit near the St. Augustine Health Campus. Less than a mile walk to the Miracle Mile. Easy commute to Miami. The host was superb, quickly resolving an issue with the refrigerator. Very responsive. Highly recommend.

Great location to discover Miami

We loved our stay at this property. It’s a characterful house with enough space for three (or four) and a perfect stay in order to discover Miami. Most if the hot spots are within 20 minutes drive and all daily necessarities within walking distance. Which is great as the neighbourhood is very clean and safe. You could even do everything by Miami Trolley, a free bus system (but it takes time…) Check in had some struggles is and some things didn’t work (correctly) like the coffee machine or the TV. But Maria reacted fast and solved all problems! Especially the communiation with her was very good, friendly and pleasent. The furniture is a bit older and could need some refurbishment (especially the kitchen) but that was no problem for us. We definitely recommend this location and if ever we’ll come back - this is our space in Miami.
