This unique Spacious NEWLY RENOVATED Two Story Loft will give you a modern coastal feel in a centrally located Downtown/Brickell location steps away from where the action is. 1 Minute walk away from Whole Foods, and many 5 Star Rated Michelin Restaurants in Brickell and Downtown. 10 Minute Walk to Brickell City Center for unlimited shopping and dining. Bars and Nightclubs all within 10 minute walk. 10 Minute drive to South Beach
Both bedrooms are completely separate and private on different floors. Each has its own Balcony with breathtaking views of the Miami River and Biscayne Bay. ELECTRIC BLACKOUT SHADES recently installed in both bedrooms with remotes.
The master bathroom features an oversized Jacuzzi with multiple jets and a rain shower. Includes Sonos Sound System and smart lighting throughout the Unit. Built-in Electronic Fireplace in the Living room gives a cozy beach feel. Art Decor throughout the Unit. All amenities expected of a 5-star hotel with 5 heated pools, a Gym, and 5-star world-renowned Zuma and Aria 31 Restaurants in the building.
Perfect work-from-home setup in the guest bedroom with a large LCD Monitor.
My home comfortably accommodates 5 people: two people on a comfortable king-size bed in the master bedroom loft style upstairs on the second floor, and two people in the second bedroom, on the first floor, on a very comfortable queen-size bed , and 1 more person on the super comfortable pull out sofa bed, Clean bed sheets and blankets are provided with every stay.
