Chic Luxury Ocean View in 5 Star Resort w/ Balcony

This is a studio apartment with a balcony overlooking the pool, and clear ocean views! You won't find a better deal than this with a balcony peacefully overlooking the water. Take a nap in our hanging egg chair, or just listen to the peaceful sounds of the waves crashing onto the beach 100 yards away.

Beautiful, clean, trendy space at the residential tower of the 1 Hotel, Roney Palace. **Please note, this is the residential portion, but not the 1 Hotel Residences, it is directly south of the Property, but all amenities are shares with the 1 Hotel**

In order to use the amenities, you will need to send a government ID AT LEAST 7 days before your stay so that we can print out amenity guest passes. If not received at least 7 days before the stay, we can't guarantee access to 1 Hotel amenities.

You will have access to all of the amenities at the 1 hotel (as long as you submit a government issued ID 7 days before your arrival, and $100 per card). Amenities include 4 beautiful pools (rooftop pool only after 6pm, but can go to Watr restaurant), beach access on the Roney Side ($10 per person/per chair just make sure its on Roney Side directly in front of your room), 4 restaurants, poolside cabanas, etc.

The studio is tastefully designed and features a queen bed, a pullout couch for two, as well as a fully stocked kitchen and dining area. We have a 65 inch TV with all of your favorite streaming services, a speaker, stove/oven, a toaster over, a microwave, and of course a fridge and freezer. There is plenty of closet space, as well as cleaning supplies if needed. Fully stocked with complementary natural premium shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

The surrounding area is the most scenic part of Miami Beach, you will truly not even need a car. From the W Hotel, Setai, to the numerous restaurants in the 1 Hotel and within walking distance, this 5 block radius is known worldwide for high-fashion, good eats, and a great time. There is a CVS located conveniently across the street, and a grocery store within walking distance as well.

We are experts on everything Miami. If you need reservations at any restaurant, sold out or not, we can get them. Private chef services, yacht rentals, fishing trips, exotic car rental, you name it, we got it.

Please remember you are our guest, please behave as such.

House Rules:
- No Smoking, even on the balcony. It always seems to make its way into the room and this will be taken from your deposit.
- No Parties, Please don't blast music after 10PM, it is a residential building.
- No Pets
- Have a fun, relaxing time, don't stress. You're in the heart of South Beach, nothing better than that!

Guest access
Check in is at 3PM. Check out is 11AM. Additional fee of $150 if there is a late check in, or late check out request (assuming we don't have a guest coming in that day).
Other things to note
***PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT******

As mentioned above, you will need to submit government issued IDs at least 7 days before your stay to get photo ID's to use the 1 Hotel Amenities. The cost for this is $100 per card, non-negotiable (trust us, its worth it).

If you are a last minute guest, or do not give us 7 days notice with ID’s, we may not be able to guarantee an amenity card in time. Not to fear, we have an alternative option at a 5 star resort down the block, which we will provide transportation to and from.

Towels - You get one/two towels per card. You have to bring them back at the end of the day or we (and then you also) get charged $50 per towel :( Please bring the towels back at the end of the day to avoid this.

Other additional fees include, but are not limited to:

- Daily Housekeeping (only check out housekeeping is included in the charge)
- Anatomy Gym (pay per day)
- Valet at 1 Hotel, if not using our parking spot.
