Check out is a mess
Overall not a horrible place to stay but likely would not stay for more than a couple of days. The room was fine, but did have a weird smell and the ceiling leaks when showering. The towel rack was also taken off the wall in the bathroom and just looked a little trashy. The WiFi did not work as well even though plugged in and lights on the network would not show up in our phone settings. We were told we could check in early but the check in desk did not have our reservation information but was quickly resolved with a phone call to the host. The biggest issue was checking out. The line and wait to get your car from valet is a complete nightmare. This is mainly an issue with the resort and not the host. But we waited for over an hour to leave and that was with us down there at 9:45 trying to be a little early, since we saw the morning before how many people were out there. Could be a major issue if you needed to make a flight or get on a cruise.
