PARKING IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE RATE - FEES FOR SELF PARKING ARE PAYABLE DIRECTLY TO THE TIDES AT CHECK IN.  WE CANNOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR GUARANTEEING RATES CHARGED. 

CHECK WITH PROPERTY MANAGER FOR CURRENT PARKING RATES

A $20.00 REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT FOR THE PARKING PASS WILL BE COLLECTED AT CHECK IN.  (Retrieve your deposit refund the day prior to departure if you will be leaving before 9:00AM.) 

The Tides will charge guests $30 per fob at check in. Fobs are small electronic devices used to unlock the doors to the common areas. You will be required to purchase at least one fob for every two members of your party 16 years or older upon arrival.   They will also give you wristbands to be worn for access to the pool area.   

THE BUILDING HAS IMPOSED SIGNIFICANT HANDLING FEES FOR PACKAGES RECEIVED FOR GUESTS. YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING ALL HANDLING CHARGES FOR YOUR PACKAGES.  WE CANNOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR GUARANTEEING RATES CHARGED.

CONTRACT: A CONTRACT WILL BE SENT TO YOU UPON BOOKING FOR YOU TO COMPLETE AND SIGN

Guests must provide government issued IDs, which include the guest’s name, current address, photo and date of birth for all guests18 years or older.

Guests must complete and sign the electronic contract sent to them after booking listing the names of all occupants
