• All guests must register at the front desk prior to check-in.



• Guests are required to sign the condominium's Rules and Regulations form upon arrival.



• A mandatory Resort Fee of $43.50 per day must be paid directly to the building at check-in.



• A valid government-issued photo ID is required for registration.



• At least one guest must be 21 years of age or older in order to complete the check-in process.



House Rules



• No Smoking: Smoking inside the unit is strictly prohibited. A $500 fee will be charged for any violation.



• Quiet Hours: Please be respectful of your neighbors and keep noise to a minimum, especially during evening and overnight hours.



• Cleaning: The cleaning fee included with your reservation covers the final cleaning after check-out only. Additional housekeeping services during your stay are available upon request for an extra fee.
