An ok stay for us. I'll list the Pros and Cons below.Pros:Location: Great. Walking distance to most convenience. Drivable to the greater Miami area. Neighbourhood was quiet and felt safe. Don't come for the landscaping or serene visuals.Price: seemed reasonable for Miami. Hard to find a place with good reviews for a better price.Communication: Caroline was courteous, responsive and attentive.Conveniences: Washer, drier, dishwasher, pullout couch. Enough sleeping space for us and our 3 kids.Cons:Cleanliness: it was Ok. Floor was clean of debris, but needed to be steam-mopped, and just didn't feel clean on arrival. Rust stains behind toilet. Unfinished look: I'm pretty practical, but there were a number of things that were unfinished and sloppy (using grout as a cover up for trim. Trim too short for wall. Messy caulking job). Although this won't greatly impact your stay, it does make the house feel less 'clean'. Kitchen: Not totally stocked with the conveniences that you may need. No toaster, no pizza stone/pan, frying pan not non-stick. Caroline did purchase oven mits when we found there were none. Thank you. Disappointed that dishwasher pods were not supplied, considering a 1-week stay.Shower/Bath: The shower head just needs to be replaced. It was awful.Overall: It met our needs, and had most of the conveniences we needed. A better option than a hotel. However, there are little things that could be done to make this place just a bit more comfortable.
