Waste of money

Upon arriving to the property I was told the doorknob had been broken by the previous renter and it kept falling off and felt unsafe. Teenagers hanging out at night around our cars. Not clean, merely wiped down. Broken outside light fixtures, range oven sitting in the patio. Unfinished repairs inside of the home, broken door jams, filthy baseboards. List list goes in and on. I didn’t even spend the night because I felt so disgusted.

Good place for the right reason

My friends and I were in town for a Dolphins game. This place had the room we needed and amenities we wanted (pool, game room). It was fine for us, but none of us would have brought our families. The place reflects significant wear. (most doors had issues, dining room chairs broken, cockroaches, broken grill, cracked windows, feltless pool queues, dirty vents etc). Thankfully the owner agreed and we didn't need to document that which was damaged. All in all my friends had a wonderful 4-day weekend and enjoyed the place and it's location.
