Note: This is a privately owned condo, this area is highly sought after during high season therefore the property is busy specially during the weekends. There will be wait time for the elevators, allow extra time. This high-floor condo offers breathtaking ocean views, accessible via elevator for your convenience. Enjoy the beach with provided towels, chairs, and an umbrella, perfect for a relaxing day by the shore.
Please note the building observes quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM, so we kindly ask you to be mindful of noise. If you’re traveling with young children, supervision is recommended on the balcony due to standard-height railings.
Housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee, ensuring a seamless and comfortable stay.

The number of guests must not exceed what is stated on the reservation and will be monitored via security cameras on the property.
Violating any of these rules will result in an immediate $1,000 fine and the cancellation of your reservation.
