Beautiful Waterfront Studio in North Bay Village. Minutes away from the beach towards the wast, and Downtown, Midtown, Brickell towards the west. Perfect Location. Convenience store downstairs.
Building is undergoing renovations so please excuse the construction outside. However, it is quiet, and the view is breathtaking.
The studio is very cozy, you have a full kitchen and clean bathroom. Big TV with cable and wifi. Parking space included, must register with front desk and pay $10 resort fee
