This beautiful private residence features a fully renovated interior with modern design and spacious living areas. Amazing outdoor space with a large swimming pool, outdoor kitchen, dining/lounge area and outdoor shower all surrounded by lush landscaping. Master bedroom has 1 king bed, 2nd bedroom has 1 full size bed and 3rd bedroom has 2 single beds. Location is great, 5 min to Aventura mall, less than 10 min to the beaches and super easy access to I-95. Home is designed for 5 guests.
