Seacoast Suites is an oceanfront property located in mid Miami Beach, on Collins avenue between Indian Creek Bay and the Atlantic Ocean. We are minutes North from South Beach’s famed clubs & restaurants, and a couple of miles South from The Shoppes at Bal Harbour and Aventura Mall. However, the best part of this location is the beach front access, just a walk downstairs. Building amenities include: swimming pool, gym, spa(by appointment) and tikki bar open 7 days a week as well as restaurant open on weekends from 8am to 1pm. 2 Beach and pool chairs per suite are included based on availability .

Each unit comes with a kitchen including a dishwasher, oven and a microwave.

Check in time is 4pm and check out time is 10am .For any request like crib, early check-in/ late check out please contact Seacoast Suites.

Self parking is available for $30 daily on Site. Package storage fee $5

We got 2 thin towels for 5 people and they were so stingy about getting any more.. the vrbo had nothing in it as far as cookware and the only cups were mugs. Also the beds only had sheets there was one blanket in the closet. Some of the staff were so rude when asking for more towels. My checkout time was 11am and someone came at 9:45 saying we needed to leave i had to pull up all the booking things to prove our check out time but nothing would load. The wifi does not work nor does the service we were basically struggling on our phones for 5 days. Also the security guard told us to put on clothes when walking in from the beach? The view is pretty thats about it

The location, space and view are great but unfortunately the management is so poor. I would really want to give it one star rating if it were not because of the spectacular view. What a shame! This place could be a tourist hotspot, but judging from the 6 empty nice Pickleball courts, I know the occupancy rate is very low. Poor Management does kill Business. I don’t think anyone would like to go back.Our ocean view suite offers a spectacular ocean view spacious two bedrooms, two baths and a large balcony. It was impressive when entering, but it wentvdownhill really quick. Two cigarette buds were still under the balcony table with ashes on the floor., I went back to the room ,picked up the phone to call the front desk. Surprise, the phone was not even connected, It was just for show. There were no washcloth. I went down to the front desk ,was told to get them from the laundry service.. I had to walk through a very dirty area to get to the laundry service and had to deal with two people who cannot speak English. When I managed to get myself understood, I was only given two washcloths for five people, and they refused to give me more. When I asked for more regular towels , they also refused. The kitchen utensils , cups ,plates ,mugs are very few and there are no wine glasses, no paper towel ,no detergent no coffee, or any other necessities. The coffee maker lid was broken and hanging, the fridge bin was broken. There was absolutely zero service for our 7 day stay.

The unit we were sent to first was nothing like what is seen in the photos. It was a corner unit was a sliver of a view of the water and not full ocean view as advertised/shown. After checking in at the front desk I was provided a chance to look at another unit which was closer to what the photos showed but still not what was advertised/shown in the photos. The kitchen has the bare minimum- plates, glasses and silverware but nothing else to cook with so dont plan on using the kitchen for much other than the fridge... there wasn't even dish soap to wash what you used. The unit is much in need of updating but everything worked- except the locks on the bedroom patio doors. It also wasn't very clean- spider webs in most every corner, dirt/dust under the livingroom chairs/couch and bugs/roaches in the kitchen.Overall, it feels more like a hotel than a typical VRBO. Location is nice being on the beach but thats about the best thing going for it.

Building and apartment need maintenance and better housekeeping

The apartment and the building are in bad shape. People lack training in customer service. Inadequate check-in and check-out process. Apartment is in much worse condition than one would believe based on the pictures. All in all, it was a great disappointment.
