Seacoast Suites is an oceanfront property located in mid Miami Beach, on Collins avenue between Indian Creek Bay and the Atlantic Ocean. We are minutes North from South Beach’s famed clubs & restaurants, and a couple of miles South from The Shoppes at Bal Harbour and Aventura Mall. However, the best part of this location is the beach front access, just a walk downstairs. Building amenities include: swimming pool, gym, spa(by appointment) and tikki bar open 7 days a week as well as restaurant open on weekends from 8am to 1pm. 2 Beach and pool chairs per suite are included based on availability .
Each unit comes with a kitchen including a dishwasher, oven and a microwave.
Check in time is 4pm and check out time is 10am .For any request like crib, early check-in/ late check out please contact Seacoast Suites.
Self parking is available for $30 daily on Site. Package storage fee $5
*********$500 Refundable Security Deposit is required at check in*********

Room was clean but not equipped as a condo kitchen was woefully undersupplied no trash bags not a one day supply of coffee no towels or blankets great location though

Photos didn’t match the actual property. The window looked out into construction. Staff wasn’t friendly and it was overall outdated and had a smell. Pieces of food were on the dinning room floor and kitchen chairs.

Place was nice overall just needs a deep cleaning once l, and then maintenance as they go along. Host was responsive. But took some time to reply so be patient. Location is really nice right on the beach with private beach access and swimming pool. Bedsheets had stains on them no blankets.
