In Berry, within the Brenne Regional Natural Park, surrounded by ponds, on a mountain biking and hiking trail, near bird observatories, the Bellebouche site (swimming and water sports), and the Haute-Touche animal park, this detached house offers private parking and a garden on a private property.

Highlights: a view of a pond, and the owner can act as your guide to help you discover the local flora and fauna. The ground floor features a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and lounge (TV with 160 channels), a toilet with a washbasin, and a laundry area.

Upstairs, in the attic, are two bedrooms with queen-size beds (160 cm) and one bedroom with two single beds (90x190 cm) that can be joined together. There is also a wardrobe, a shower room, and a separate toilet.
