This hotel is perfect for us! It is close to the main cathedral and within walking distance of “El Zócalo.” All the stores are located on Madero Street. The staff is very polite, and we definitely recommend this magnificent hotel. I almost forgot to mention that the breakfast was excellent, and the view from the rooftop is unique.

This hotel was absolutely amazing in terms of location and staff. We were pleasantly surprised to see that the food/drink items in the 24 hr cafe were included in the price of the hotel. The only items we had to pay for were wine and alcohol (other than beer, that was included). They had a good selection in the cafe and the staff there were so friendly and food/drinks were served promptly. The breakfast was a good selection of traditional American and Mexican dishes. The view overlooking the Zocalo was amazing, especially when the center was filled with people. And a special shout-out to Daniel, our doorman. He was the absolute best, so sweet and had the best smile! He was there to help us check in and check out and made sure that we were picked up promptly with our driver. Raul was also very helpful during pickup from the hotel to the airport. Overall, we would definitely stay again at this hotel because of the amenities, location and the staff.

I visited Mexico City to celebrate my birthday with my mom for 5 days and chose this hotel because it was convenient to many of the locations we wanted to visit. The staff was amazing and very accommodating. They provided free valet service. It included free breakfast at the restaurant that is at the rooftop of the hotel. The view from this rooftop restaurant is amazing. I would highly recommend the hotel just for the rooftop alone. The servers were great and very attentive, especially Juan who by the third day had remembered my coffee drink and had asked about my birthday celebration from the previous day. The hotel has a lot great perks besides rooftop and location. Once again, I would recommend and will definitely stay at this hotel when I return to Mexico City.

Everything was great, especially the service. The breakfast in included was delicious and with a view. The staff was always very friendly with excellent tips. They helped us get a taxi for a decent price. The the bed!! Comfiest hotel bed we’ve ever slept on. Some days it was hard to leave it. The location was also great as it was close to everything and in a very walkable distance. Overall would recommend staying at this hotel. I know we will definitely be back.

We love staying at this hotel. This is our second time and we love it! The cafe that is open 24 hours is great! The Balcón restaurant was phenomenal! Highly recommend staying here if you are traveling to Mexico. The concierge service helped us with tickets to a last minute Christian Nodal concert and they choose the best seats for us.

Beautiful Aesthetics, Wonderful staff especially Raul - he became our go to for all things. Truly had a fantastic time. Love the location and the history of the area. Balcón del Zócalo was very yummy, breakfast and dinner. Cafe Central was a great place for a beer, sandwich and to meet new friends from all over also staying at the hotel.

The rooftop restaurant was a great place for the included breakfast. Wonderful view of the cathedral and Zocalo. Rooms are small but nicely furnished. Loved the various Mexican candies left on our pillows! Staff were attentive and helpful.
