Amazing property with tons of walk ability to shopping and restaurants. Very friendly service and love the free breakfast with delicious food and rooftop views! The 24/7 free cafe was also amazing! We would definitely recommend this hotel!

We had a lovely stay. Zocala is very centrally located to historic sites and easy to navigate the city. The hotel provided great services including a free neighborhood tour, complimentary lunch and coffee shop. Our reservation included breakfast at the rooftop restaurant and it was very good. An eclectic, charming boutique hotel with clean comfortable accommodation. I would visit again! Excellent service from the concierge!!

The jr suite was simply perfect. It was very nice, clean and well maintained. We were very impressed with the hotel - the breakfast and 24 hour central cafe were great too. The hotel exceeded our expectations. Kudos to the amazing and attentive staff.

Everything was excellent, the staff was consistent, very attentive and the overall service was outstanding from the time we arrived until we left. One thing perhaps that I would recommend is to have stand alone patio heaters for those super cold mornings or evenings, it would definitely add a little touch to the ambiance.

The location is superb for Centro Historico. Great sight lines from the Rooftop - Balcon de Zocalo. Staff are warm and friendly. Breakfast is “Chefs Kiss” and included.

The Hotel exceeded our expectations even though friends had stayed at the hotel and recommended it to us. We found the staff extremely helpful and friendly. The room was fabulous, we had a deluxe king room. The room was spotless the daily housekeeping was top notch. The public area is gorgeous and I am very picky. The breakfast over looking Zocalos square and the cathedral is magical. We also had dinner at the restaurant and the service was exceptional, the cuisine was exceptional, music was great, view amazing and overall ambiance wonderful. We also were blown away by the special touches such as the hand written welcome note and treat. We also had another hand written note and two little bottles of red wine left for us on our final night. I have already recommended this hotel to other friends and would recommend it to everyone. Loved the hotel and loved Mexico City.

This place used to be a Holiday Inn…it has been magically turned into my favorite go to place in CDMX. Location, parking, amazing amount of good free food, excellent rooftop restaurant/bar with amazing view, gift store, and front desk service all top notch. We will always return to Zoc Cent!
