Wyndham Garden Mexico City Polanco

I had a long flight, got there early an in order to do early check in you have to pay $70 otherwise just wait, no refrigerator on the room or microwave little disapointed.

The staff is excellent, they help you with anything you need with the best attitude, the hotel has a great location, the restaurant is very good and it has a great view of Chapultepec Castle

Nice hotel. Room was spacious and had all necessary amenities. Recommended for business or leisure stays.

The Wyndham Garden Hotel is always a good choice. It's very convenient, with decent amenities. The staff is always very helpful.

Solid hotel in a great location. Convenient to all business the primary business districts in Mexico City. Shower stall had a faulty seal allowing water to leak and puddle on the bathroom floor, all other rooms in the hotel were full so the solution was extra towels to mop up the water after showering. Onsite dining was good - great view of the castle.

Solid clean hotel in a great location - Good Value.

The standard room was quite small. ok for a single person but will be small for a couple or more. Hotel staff was helpful and restaurant is quite ok with limited menu. Overall a good stay.

Generally a fine comfortable stay at a reasonable rate. WiFi worked well. Had a hard time regulating comfortable temperature with thermostat, as any setting seemed to blow cool air. Eventually just turned off all heating/cooling at night.

In general this is a good hotel with a great location and good staff. But this trip was disappointing. The food used to be good and now it's just passable. But the worst was that the internet was terrible. The first day they had no internet at all. And for the next 4 days I couldn't stream videos and couldn't do Facetime with my family. I even had trouble getting my e-mails.

Very nice and spacious. We had a king bed. Close to chapultepec (walking distance). Excellent staff.

Great place , beautiful view of the castle, great location , great restaurant, great staff ,but a business hotel with bad internet on 2015 is just unacceptable.

Standard King Room was clean, comfortable, and larger than expected. Room included a separate office and seating area, which was great, allowing me to work comfortably from my room. Only minor issue with the room is the bathroom sink was clogged and very slow to drain. Bed was clean and very comfortable. RE: Amenities - they advertise online and in the hotel the great view from their 10th floor resteraunt however, during my stay the windows surrounding the entire resteraunt were very dirty and hazy obstructing the advertised view. Food in the resteraunt was average, hotel quality (think Chilis or Applebees). My only real issue was the quality, strength, and speed of their wifi service. Service was spotty at best while in my room. Speed - would not even support FaceTime reliably. Overall great location, safe and secure, good clean room, just lacking some on the quality side of their ammenities.

My wife and I had reservations at a B & B experience that ended up being horrible so we had to leave after just 1 night. The Wyndham hotel is easily accessible, and it was a great value for the money.

Business trip it was close For my conference but it smell a lot of cigar .... And the receptionist give us the keys of a room that was occupied

great location close to many restaurants in Polanco and Reforma. Los Panchos restaurant in front of the hotel has great mexican food. we were given a free beer as a courtesy, that was a nice touch.

Great Value for the money. The hotel is comfortable, with a nice reception area and gym. The rooftop restaurant is very nice too.

It took like 15 mins to the personal to find our confirmation number from the page (due to the same day of our registration). Also they gave us double room instead of a king size bed and a sofa. The differences between those rooms was abismal. All the time they argued they had in the confirmation a double bed. Everything else OK.

This is overall a nice 3-star hotel at a good location. A lot of museums and Chapultepec Park and Castle are in walking distance. Highly recommended.

We needed to be near relatives who live in Polanco and this hotel fit the bill. As it turned out, the room had a separate area for an office, which turned out to be a real and unexpected advantage. All of the staff were courteous and very helpful. The price was very reasonable for the location. If you are a tourist, the location is near many of the museums and other areas you might want to go.

Customer service is good, the rooms are comfortable and clean. The hotel is located within reasonable distance of main streets. Service could be improved, specially the attite when requesting information or services.
