Great location and communication

We were very impressed with this property and even more so with the courtesy and professionalism of the staff. They gave us all the information that we needed for the area and answered any additional questions that we had promptly. The roof terrace was a nice touch to the property. Our room was very clean and had everything we needed. We would certainly stay here again if we visit Polanco in the future!
