We loved the hotel and the hospitality! Very recommended!
o I decided to stay at the W because it was a 5 star hotel and of course is a world renowned hotel chain. But I was sadly disappointed. The hallway by my room was a bit old looking and shabby and the room are definitely outdated. The pictures make the rooms look very cool and chic but honestly they look like they’re from the 80’s. Also there isn’t such great ventilation so the room smelled a bit musty. The bed was also very hard and stiff, so my partner and I had a few sleepless nights. Also the rooms had such thin walls so you could hear the shower turn on next door…. Or the neighbors dog barking. Definitely wouldn’t classify this as a five star hotel. The rating is either old or was given because it’s a hotel chain. Do yourself a favor and stay at a nicer 4 star hotel that also isn’t so overpriced.
W México City never disappoints. Staff will help you with all your questions and needs. Great property and awesome location. Walking distance to polanquito and Masaryk.
Great location. Fun, young, lovely atmosphere from the music to the parties in the Living Room, to the design of everything from the restaurant to the rooms. We loved being able to walk to Restaurants in Polanco and also being able to walk or ride scooters to Chapultepec Parc.

Property was beautiful and most staff was fantastic. Bartender was incredibly slow. There was a strange banging noise somewhere on our floor for most of our stay.

Disappointing costumer service. Room was not ready at 3:40 pm, when check in time is 3:00 pm, negative, but it happens, still, It is fair for a client to express it is he is not satisfied, WHAT IS NOT ACCEPTABLE is for the front desk employee to say “do not give that attitude” to me, the client. WOW!!! Below even the lowest hotel standards
very good located in Polanco, but is not a business hotel, there is not office chair in the room where you could work, uncomfortable. hotel is probably for young people. as gold member you do not get upgraded to a higher room. you have next to the hotel, better hotel for business, Hotel is clean, bed is good, but the missing chair to be able to work and office desk, shows is a hotel for people who do not have to work in their room.
