The room was clean and big. Bed and pillows were very comfy. Little kitchenette is nice to have. Plenty of storage. Elevator to floor was in good working order. Stairs were a little sketch. No sign on the building saying Wynwood so we knocked on the door and the security guard didn't know if the building was a VRBO property, finally he found our name in a reservation book. One tower fan in the room during warm weather is not enough, another fan, preferably ceiling fans woulda been a big help. Windows are nice but no screen so we couldn't leave them open at night and didn't feel comfortable leaving them open while we were gone. I'm sure room temp would be nice during the spring/fall/winter, avoid during summer!! Worse part was extra charge for towels. They gave two bath towels and one hand towel. When I asked for extra towels and a washcloth I was told it would be $15USD! I've already paid my room fees, how can you charge for extra towels when you barely gave me enough to start with? Also needed an extra roll of TP and they said if there wasn't any in stock I would have to go out and purchase a roll. Luckily they were able to find one and I didn't have to go in search of TP on my vacation. I tried twice to reach out to the company for questions on the room and luggage storage before my trip and never got a response. Finally hooked up with them via WhatsApp the day of. Lots of choices in CDMX for rooms, I will look elsewhere next time.
