Entire Apartment Near Condesa and Reforma

Everything you need is within reach. We're just 4 blocks or a 5-minute walk from public transportation (Metro and Metrobús). You'll find great restaurants nearby, and the Condesa neighborhood is only a 15-minute walk away. There are affordable gyms in the area. City bike rentals are available, with a docking station just a 2-minute walk from the building. Benito Juárez International Airport is 20 minutes away (without traffic) or approximately 45 minutes (with heavy traffic).
The apartment accommodates 1 to 3 guests who would share the entire space. The building has a friendly, quiet Mexican family atmosphere, and the location is very central.
The main bedroom has a full-size bed; the second bedroom has a single bed (with a sofa bed base that can fit one additional person). Both bedrooms have spacious closets. The full bathroom with shower is located inside the single-bed room, and there's a half bath next to the main entrance. The washer/dryer is also in the smaller bedroom. Wi-Fi and a work desk are provided.
Pets are welcome. If you're bringing a pet, please be careful when entering and exiting, as there are other pets in the building.
Please note: The building has stairs only. The apartment is on the fourth floor, so please take this into consideration as there is no elevator. Honestly, this is not a suitable place for anyone with limited leg mobility.
We have security cameras and surveillance outside the apartment for your peace of mind. The building has been certified free of structural damage, and the seismic alarm can be heard clearly, allowing enough time to evacuate in case of an earthquake (we recommend always having a backpack ready with your most important belongings in case of such an event).
Smoking is only permitted outdoors outside the building or on the apartment balcony. NO SMOKING INSIDE.
No parties allowed on the premises.
