Enjoy this apartment on a super nice neighborhood, additionally you will be a minutes away from Condesa, Roma centro, Coyoacán, Polanco and many great zones via Uber, bus or subway

Professionally managed. Close to shopping & restaurants, there´s a convenience store outside the building.We manage identical apartments. You will always find the exact same layout and área, you may sometimes find different furnishing styles or colors, all are same quality as shown in the photos

We have new TV, refrigerator, dishes, beds, etc.

Due to thickness on the building’s walls, wifi works great on most devices; on some devices with different antennas; wifi signal may not reach the bedrooms

Easy access to subway and bus stations
Close to "Parque delta" a mall with all kinds of stores, groceries, banks & movie theaters just a 10 minutes walk.
There is an oxxo (24 hour conveniente store) downstairs for all momentary needs, payments, ATM, etc.
Mayer es really attentive & extra quick responding! always interested in doing a better job hosting and with excelent recommendations!
I strongly recomend to anyone visiting Mexico either for short or long term rentals!
The New building is on superb condition, the elevator is always available and everything is super clean and impeccable.
