This was a great place to stay. Three of us stayed in a 2 bedroom suite. The room/hotel was clean and safe. They have filtered water in room which is a great perk! Many good restaurants near by and plenty of nice coffee shops. It can be a bit noisy at night due to cars/traffic, but that is to be expected when you stay in the city. It did not bother us or affect our sleep.

Bed a bit uncomfortable. Woke up everyday with back pain. Room gets too bright in the mornings so late nights won’t be a good idea. Neighbourhood not the greatest, walking distance to a lot, but very busy and noisy. Staff generally friendly. Weird rule about not being able to leave dogs unattended in the room - can’t take dogs everywhere ! For the price, however, it gets the job done.

Great location, beautiful surroundings, and attentive staff. However, If you’re looking for a peaceful & quiet place to stay, this is not it. The hotel is situated on a very busy street, & the noise is constant. There is always kind staff 24 hours a day, willing to help in any way.

El hotel esta nuevo, un poco de ruido al interior , pero nada grave. Bien ubicado, la mayoría de su personal amable, colchón muy cómodo. No encontré caja fuerte en mi habitación. Solo la limpieza pudiera ser mejor, el sillón de la sala tenía una mancha grande( como de orín) , así que no lo usé, en el baño había cabellos y una almohada manchada.

The hotel is very clean and nice. People at the front desk are very friendly. The room was spacious. The gym at the roof top is excellent. We really love the view from the roof top, great place to bring your drinks and just seat and relax. This hotel even have a game room which we didn’t use, but in case someone is staying with kids it might be very useful. The location is perfect, only 15 minutes Uber drive from El Angel Independencia. Highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Everything about my stay was great — the hotel has a perfect location, making it easy to explore different area of the city by uber or public transportation, and the staff were all incredibly kind and welcoming. I want to give a special shoutout to Daniel at the front desk during check-out. He was exceptionally sincere and helpful, taking the time to ensure everything went smoothly. His warmth and professionalism really stood out and made a lasting impression. Highly recommend this hotel — I’ll definitely be back!
