The property is in a great location, close to a shopping mall and several restaurants in the Polanco area. It’s comfortable for two to three people, featuring a modern look and well-maintained spaces. The kitchen is convenient, though the cookware could be improved.

Loved the space we got. Nice spacious living room. Small kitchen and fridge. Blackout curtains with a patio. Although I was a little disappointed to find hair still in the shower and some food scrapes in the kitchen sink. Ideal location for site seeing

We enjoyed our stay and loved our big terrace. The company was quick to provide an extra fan when I requested. Safe and walkable neighborhood and easy to get to Antara and Palacio del Hierro. So many food options around. We want to also acknowledge our hardworking security person, Luis, always opened the gates for us with a smile and warmth, and memorized our names right away! Always diligent in his work and helpful. Amazing experience all around for us.

Octavio, Naty and Sandy are amazing people and make the stay worthwhile. The actual ULIV brand lacks in other areas and properties, with respect to prompt reservations and personal treatment for regular customers. Mexico 🇲🇽 is always top notch service, but ULIV tries to cut corners and sacrifices in the name of practicality. It’s tailored to other cultures not for Mexicans or Mexico
