Right in the middle of Reforma but near the airport. The space waa great with ample dining area, bathroom, rooms, and laundry. Great for small families and solo travelers. Communication was easy and staff spoke both Spanish and English.

When I checked out of the UL IV Apartments, I accidentally left my wallet in the room. I only realized it two days later and went back to the property. To my surprise and gratitude, the staff had found my wallet and kept it safely for me. I am truly thankful to the management team, especially the front desk staff, for their honesty and professionalism.

I had a wonderful stay at ULIV Apartment El Ángel in Mexico City. The apartment was extremely clean, well maintained, and thoughtfully designed. All the amenities you could need were available, which made the stay very comfortable. The views from our apartment were beautiful, and the rooftop area was especially impressive—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the city atmosphere. The employees and the manager were incredibly helpful, friendly, and always responsive, which truly enhanced our experience. This place is also ideal for long-term stays. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, oil, salt, glasses, mugs, knives, utensils, and everything needed to cook comfortably at home. I absolutely loved my stay here. I loved the bubble of the neighborhood, everything I needed was within a 3 to 10 minute walk from the hotel, my favorite coffee shop that I discovered, great bars, clubs, restaurants, and local shopping centers. About 20 minutes away, there is also a huge park, which was a great bonus. I have stayed at other hotels in Mexico City, and at times I felt judged or received certain looks. Here, it was completely different, I felt like I was always coming home. I genuinely enjoyed talking to the staff about my day, and their engagement felt warm and real. That level of sincerity tells you everything you need to know about a place. The area felt extremely safe. One night I decided to go bar hopping, and I was able to walk or use Uber comfortably throughout the neighborhood without any issues. I mainly used Uber to get around, but when I did take a taxi, it was incredibly easy to get back to the hotel. All I had to say was 72 Florencia, in Reforma, close to El Ángel, and they instantly knew exactly where to go, super easy and stress free. The security team deserves a special mention. They were always present, friendly, and welcoming, which made the stay feel even more comfortable. Please be kind to them if you stay here, they are wonderful. Honestly, I wish I could have stayed at this hotel forever. The shower was great, and I low-key wanted to take the pillows and comforter home with me.

Th location was fantastic to bars, shops and restaurants. The 24 hour concierge/front desk made the stay feel very secure and the bedding was the most comfortable I’ve ever stayed in. I would stay in this location and apartment again for sure.

It is really noisy, the shower was really slippery, the elevator was small and really slow so we took the stairs sometimes because we didnt want to wait. The laundry room was always full so we werent able to use the washer machine. The good side was the location which was greats and we had lots of convenience stores and food options really close.

The room, property, staff were great. Only thing that I needed to adjust to was the lack of central air conditioning. Also the traffic is a bit loud, but the ear plugs helped.
