The hotel staff was beyond helpful and pleasant. They were able to go above and beyond. The location of the hotel is pretty far from any tourism sites but it does have a great view of the city and as well very safe area.
It was ver y nice experience , the staff was very friendly, and the food at the restaurant very good . Over all it was a great weekend.
We loved this hotel, it was new, clean and very comfortable. The staff super friendly, the roof top spa amazing
Perfect location in Santa Fe. Shops, restaurants, bars all are within walking distance. The room was spacious and comfortable. I'd prefer they go with a larger tv, and maybe if possible check to make sure you get HD channels. Signal was spotty often and some channels were missing signal. Hotel gym is great, with city views and jacuzzi tub is great. As was the steam room. I did not use spa services, but it looked great too. Rooftop bar was a great place for happy hour. All in all, worth every single cent you spend there!
is located in the best part of mexico, i think is very nice
is a well located, comfortable and clean hotel to stay recommended for a business trip.
The hotel is brand new. As such, it has everything that you may wish in a hotel. The rooms are ample and with magnificent views, as the hotel is all a glass building. The bed, desk, bathroom, closet space, TV and everything else is perfect. The hotel has even a sizable swimming pool, sun deck and spa in the last floor. The restaurant is nicely decorated with good food. It also has magnificent views, and even a terrace space The staff is very courteous and attentive. If I have to name a negative is the lobby bar, which is really boring, or not happening. However, there is a restaurant in the basement (does not belong to the hotel), called Central Central, which is really happening and usually packed. Internet is pricey at 185 pesos (or $15/day) and is only for one equipment. Sometimes the hotel is priced way above similar hotels in the area. But if you get it at a reasonable rate, grab it!
personel are aloof and not helpful, slow and presumptuos
