This property is one of a kind. Owned and was meticulously designed by a interior designer the 3 level pent house is situated in Polanco, a beautiful area in Mexico City. The pent house is divided in three levels, one for the 3 spacious bedrooms (each with full bathrooms) and the tv room with a designated work place, middle level with living room, dinning room a second work place and a chefs kitchen designed and imported from the best italian brand, Piacere. Finally the roof garden, all produced with recycled materials, a ton of waste was recycled to give this unique space it´s look. A 8 people dinning table with two sumbrellas and two grills are at your disposal with a view of the city.

Art pieces from latin american artists are curated by the designer, as every piece is very particular and gives this special place a very holistic look. Sustainability in a cool contemporary space.

Over the top!

This place is precious jewel!!! Me and my family had a great stay. Paola was very well at giving us the instructions and she also gave us the best recommendations in the area. The place is very spacious and very well curated with fine furniture, art and even the kitchen appliances. We had a family dinner at the rooftop, the weather was great after the rain, the temperature dropped to be perfect. We are looking forward to come and reserve this place again in our future visits to the city.
