Very Good

Some of the staff is very rude and locks the front door to take a nap at various time od the evening. On two occasions, I had to ring and knock for up to 45 minutes before I could enter the hotel.
There is construction on the adjacent property that begins around 6 am (through 2026 according to the contractactors).
There is no heat or air conditioning in the building;the seals failed at one window and another window was a jalousie (slats that tilt but do not seal closed) so whatever the temperature is outside, that is the temperature it will be inside and it gets down to around 40 in the winter and very hot in the summer.
There were homeless people smoking crack on the sidewalk adjacent to the entrance.
This was by far the worst experience I have had using Expedia.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
There was no hot water the first morning, but it worked the other 3 days. The shower head was tiny,so not a lot of water came out of it. I could cover the entire shower head with the end of my thumb. Ants were in and around the sink every time I went into the bathroom. The beds were not the worst, but weren't exactly comfortable. The staff was nice.
Freezing cold room. Needs updating. No contactless checkin. Either prepay or have physical card with you . PITA No restaurant but options nearby. Mexican channels on TV only. Shower horrible. Water barely warm.
This hotel, which positions itself as a 3* hotel, is not. In terms of quality, it is an ordinary hostel with separate rooms. They cannot even provide clean towels! I would like to separately note the work and friendliness of the cleaning ladies - they are nice women!
Our room on the third floor was dirty, many things broken or not funtional, no A/C, stove with only one funtional burner; the refrigerator didn't work and a extemely limited kitchenette. They always ignored our petition for a functional room.. The best is the location.

The photos on your site must have been taken over 20 years ago. The place is set in a dark street and doesn’t have signage showing “ Capital One” reception is 24 hour and has an annoying buzzer that rings twice every time someone enters or leaves. The reception was manned by 3 different people on different shifts, none spoke or understood any English, and the younger guy was quite unfriendly
The room description says “ rainfall shower” which is incorrect ( but hot water good) The shower door is really narrow and would be unsuitable for big guests. The gas hotplate is good, but the kitchen equipment is very spartan and no detergent or tea towel provided.
The cleaner, Maria, was excellent and the room serviced daily and sheets and towels replaced if nectary. The towels were large and clean white, but a bit stiff. Only local tv, so all in sosnishy
Great location 1 block to reforma. Competitive pricing. Kitchen handy but very limited utencils etc. to cook (No dishsoap or cloth for dishes) *Internet crappy!!
We arrived at night from a tour and they had locked the front doors and made us wait in the street for like 15 minutes before they actually went and open the door because the employee was asleep.
