What's Nearby? - Coffee shops, restaurants and bars - The Fondo de Cultura Económica bookstore - Parque México - Parque España
The Space: With this exclusive furnished apartment in Condesa, Mexico City, ideally located in one of the city’s most vibrant and cultural areas, this space offers all the comforts you’re looking for in a sophisticated setting, surrounded by the best restaurants, parks, and entertainment centers that only Condesa can offer.
Guest Access: If you plan on bringing a car, kindly inform us so we can allocate a parking spot for you. The gym is available for your use, but you must reserve a slot with the security team at the building reception. While we provide towels in the apartment, please bring your own for the gym. Also, avoid bringing any food inside the gym and kindly leave the area tidy after your workout. For access to the swimming lane, please make an advance reservation through the security team at the reception. Please remember that wearing a cap and taking a quick shower before swimming are mandatory, and food or drinks are not permitted in the pool area. Availability for the pool is subject to booking. If you need to dispose of trash, you can find bins in basement 1. Simply walk past the ramp, and you'll find a small room where garbage containers are conveniently stored.
The Neighborhood: Condesa or La Condesa is an area south of the Zona Rosa and 3 miles west of the historic Zócalo, the city's main square. It is immediately west of Colonia Roma, together with which it is designated as a "Barrio Mágico Turístico" ("Magic Neighborhood for Tourists"). Together they are often referred to as Condesa–Roma, one of the most architecturally significant and bastion of the creative communities of the city. The neighborhood boasts some wide avenues lined with trees. It is mostly filled with restaurants, cafes, boutiques and art galleries.
Getting Around: Uber is always the best way to get around Mexico City's busy streets. Another way to get around would be on the Metrobus that runs along Insurgentes Avenue as well as part of Reforma. However, bear in mind that there are many places in or around the neighborhood that allow for an overly pleasant stroll.
The apartment features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.

Taman Condesa (Hipodromo) Apt
Apartment was roomy, clean and clutter free. Beautiful view overlooking city. Kitchen was useable and functional. Location was in walking distance to Condesa and Roma restaurants, grocery stores and local businesses. Ubers were plentiful for day trips to historic center of Mexico City, Zocalo, cathedrals, art museums, anthropology museums, etc.
